Romeo
Carlos was born in Nueva Ecija,
Philippines, in 1945. He graduated from
the College of Fine Arts at the
University of the Philippines and has
been a full-time artist and painter of
commissioned portraits, landscapes and
other subjects since 1984.
He has had
six solo art exhibitions and been part
of several group shows, both in the
Philippines and the United States.
