Lewanda B. Lim is a Filipino-American artist living in Ohio. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (Art Education) from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Art (Studio Art) from the State University of New York (Albany). Before immigrating to Canada in 1976, she taught at the University of the Philippines for several years. Lewanda has had several one-woman and group shows in Manhattan, Upstate New York, Philadelphia, Massachusetts and Ohio.

She expresses her artistic ideas through varying mediums, styles and topical orientation. She works with acrylics, oil, print, fabric/fiber and collages. Her styles range from realistic renderings, mixed media collages to abstract expressionism and cover different subjects such as landscapes, still lifes, political commentaries and whimsical imagery. She is also a fiber artist, making original collaged and sewn fabrics that she makes into vests and framed art works.
